I guess you know that I received the watch some time ago and it was great. Although
the links were not removed, I had them removed at a jewellry repair shop and it's perfect.
I actually like this watch better than the old version I had - the deployant closure is
much better and the attachment from watch face to bracelet is smoother. Your price and
delivery time were excellent and you were great to do business with. Doing business on the
net is always a bit scary but, as I've reported to several of my friends, I would contact
you again if I or any of my family were in need of a time piece.

I was at work and it is exactly what I wanted so all's well that end's well. The reason I
was so annoyed yesterday was that every day over Christmas I expected the watch to arrive
and it never did. I couldn't check where the watch was because I had the wrong tracking
number and so I didn't know when to expect it. I had no Christmas present to give to my
wife so she was not very happy either. However, since the watch was in the U.K on 20/12/01

I was told by jewel merchants in Chicago that it was impossible to trust an internet
purchase of jewel quality watches ie. serial numbers would be ground off; the watches
would be imitations; the watches would be stolen and the warrantees not honored, etc.
I posed these questions to 2000Watches who promptly provided assurances to the contrary
and delivered the exact product I had purchased when they said they would and for a
substantially discounted price. In a nutshell, the transaction was legitimate, the product
and warrantee were authentic and the service was high.

I recieved my Tissot PR100 today, and am very pleased by it. Everything at Fedex was
taken care of when I called them this morning, and it was delivered to my door by 14:00
