I received my SwissArmy Seaplane watch just about three days after ordering it. I'm
amazed at the ease of ordering, the friendliness of your web navigation, the timely (no
pun intended) e-mail notifications acknowledging receiving my order as well as another
declaring the watch was shipped, and finally offering a link to FedEx right on your
homepage to track the shipment's progress. All this at the best price I could find for

I purchased a watch from your company at Christmas. I must admit I was quite skeptical
as I have been "burned" before buying merchandise over the internet (where it
either wasn't authentic or it was poor quality). We bought the Gucci Diamond Watch from
you...series # 4605 model # 24668 and it arrived on the date promised and was absolutely
gorgeous. I had my eye in this watch in a local dept store where (with tax) it wouldve
cost us 750.00 more. For my own insurance I brought the watch to a local jeweler to have
it checked out...much to my relief (after testing the diamonds) they said not to worry...
they were real diamonds and that I had gotten a fabulous deal. I also want to thank you
for the excellent customer service. We were afraid the watch wouldnt be here on time
(which it was)..but you stayed in close contact with me and answered every email of

Let me begin with saying, I was extremely apprehensive about buying a watch on the
internet. I began my reluctant journey and found 4 companies in which I considered doing
business with. I made a matrix with the company names, price, warranty, restocking fees,
service and customer testimonials. As I started contacting these companies by email, I
could sense who gave me the best service. 2000watches was by far the most responsive,
answering email after email for me.
After about 15 emails I became confident with the idea of purchasing a watch on the
internet. A bunch of these companies remove serial numbers. That was a concern on my
investment. 2000watches beat the best price I could find anywhere. Working with Roy he
answered all of my questions promptly. No restocking fees, 2 year service, great customer
service and the best price. I told Roy which watch I wanted and he had one specially
ordered, it arrived at his site for shipping the next day. I was now comfortable with the
idea of doing business this way since I had no risk except shipping charges. Roy even went
to the stock room, got the watch, inspected it, informed me that it was perfect and
beautiful. He followed how to enter my special order, then shipping tracking info. To my
surprise he said the watch shipped out tonight, it arrived on my doorstep at 10 am two
mornings later. Absolutely incredible.
As expected, the watch was perfect. I am so excited that I had the best purchasing
experience. I am no longer a skeptic and would urge everyone to do business with
2000watches. They are professional, responsive and the best deal in town. Best of luck

Recently I ordered and received a ladies Oris Big Crown Diver's watch, order number

Received the watch today Wednesday, the 31st. I am really impressed at the way the
