| 2000Watches.com accepts returns of any watch within
30 days for a refund or exchange. Just inform us within 3 days of receiving the watch that you
intend to return the watch. Before going through the returning process, please e-mail us at service@2000Watches.com and we
will issue you an Authorization Code.
If you decide to return the watch, do not forget to include the
instruction manuals, warranty (unfilled), and gift box in your return
package. Please ship the watch back to us via a traceable method such as
UPS, FedEx etc, and do not forget to insure the watch for the amount of
the credit you are expecting. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. Although the shipping is free for purchase above
$200.00 in the US, the actual shipping is $25.00 which will be deducted
from the refund.

IMPORTANT |
| It is difficult to wear watches, even for short
periods, without scratching or blemishing it in some way. For this reason,
please do not wear a watch that you think you might return. We are glad to
accept your returned watch as long as it is in its brand new condition,
and we cannot issue a refund if the watch that you returned shows signs of
having been worn or used.
Therefore, the watch that you return must not be resized, scratched or
blemished.
New and unused means that there are no marks on the watch itself, or
any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case.
We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication
of use. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
We ask you to:
- pay for the shipping (collect shipments will be refused)
- please insure the watch for its full value (If any damage or loss
occurs during shipping on returns, we do not assume liability)
- Return the watch the way they came: in the original box with all
original packing materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and
any other materials that came with the watches.
- We strongly suggest you use UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Airborne Express
or other small package carrier. We DO NOT recommend using the United
States Postal Service as parcels are not traceable until 30 days after
the package has been shipped.
